As promised in my previous post, here is the link to the recipe for the popularity cookies and a few photos of how mine turned out. They were a huge hit - they kind of taste like skor bars a bit because they are pretty much a very easy toffee version. The recipe called for almonds but I didn't have any on hand so I sprinkled shredded coconut on half which turned out really well.
